We use a traditional method of roasting using an open flame with different types of wood which creates unique flavors. With this distinct method it takes the bitterness out of the coffee and makes it smooth. We also don't take any shortcuts like other coffee companies. All of our coffee beans are specialty grade, mold tested, and we use real ingredients ground up into our coffee. It might cost more but we believe the coffee will speak for itself. It's DAMN GOOD COFFEE.
