A balance between good and evil or light and dark! This blend is dedicated to May 4th, for Star Wars Day. This roast is White Coffee Mixed with a medium roast, White Coffee is a process where we roast at lower temps for longer times and then pull the beans right before first crack. When you roast like that it makes the coffee smooth as a butter and has notes of peanut butter. We hope you enjoy this roast.
